Iceland’s borders are open! You will not need to stay in quarantine, either!
If you want to find out which border policy applies to you, please follow this link. For general updates regarding traveling to Iceland during COVID-19, please visit www.covid.is.
You can purchase our Cancellation Protection with every multi-day tour on our website. If you have purchased the Cancellation Protection, you will receive a full refund, minus the cost of the Cancellation Protection itself, in case of cancellation up to 72 hours before arrival.
We will always try to work with you to rearrange your trip, but if you find that you have to cancel your trip entirely, without the Cancellation Protection all tours must be canceled no less than 14 days before the arrival date. In this case, you will receive a full refund minus the Confirmation Fee. Different terms apply to group bookings, please refer to our detailed Terms and Conditions.
All cancellations must be made via email to hello@nordical.com.
