Our COVID-19 Cancellation Policy

Whilst we will always try to work with you to rearrange your trip, if you find that you have to cancel your trip due to COVID-19, all tours must be canceled no less than 14 days before the arrival date to receive a full refund minus the confirmation fee. Different terms apply to group bookings, please refer to our detailed Terms and Conditions.

If the tour is canceled less than 14 days before the arrival date, we cannot issue a refund, unless the cancellation protection was purchased with the tour.

If you have purchased the cancellation protection, you will receive a full refund minus the cost of the cancellation protection in case of cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival.

Nordical Travel advises that all passengers pay close attention to and follow all government advice, guide advice, safety protocols, and social distancing measures where advertised.

Please note that Nordical Travel is not responsible for additional costs incurred as a result of a positive PCR test and COVID-19 infection occurring whilst in Iceland from arrival point to departure, even for a certified vaccinated individual or those with certified antibodies. These costs not covered include additional hotel reservations, transfers, and domestic and international flights as well as medical expenses. In the event of a positive PCR infection whilst in Iceland, Nordical can assist in rescheduling accommodation and refunding any bookings where possible, but this is subject to terms and conditions of the service providers used by Nordical, and as such, this means that Nordical may not be able to issue a refund or reschedule without additional costs.
