After a buffet breakfast, you will head out to the Golden Circle. This very special day tour combines three key locations and is the most popular day tour in Iceland, with an extra special appearance during wintertime. You will start with Þingvellir National Park, the site of the oldest parliament in the world. After a stroll around the tectonic rift in the park, it will be time for lunch in a very special greenhouse.
Your next stop is Geysir, a world-famous location where you will get up close to Strokkur, the most active geyser in Europe that erupts every 5-8 minutes.
Finally, you will pay a visit to one of Iceland’s most famous waterfalls, the stunning Gullfoss. Then, it is time to return to your hotel and the evening is yours.

Today’s adventure will take you south, along another of Iceland’s most spectacular day routes. The waterfalls of Seljalandsfoss and Skógafoss are two of Iceland’s treasures, as well as the volcanic black sand beaches that stretch along the coastline.
You will also be able to see out to the glacier of Sólheimajökull and the volcano of Eyjafjallajökull, which famously erupted in 2010, halting air traffic across the globe.
Finally, you will arrive back at your hotel, where you have a last opportunity to soak in the city atmosphere.
Optional Activities: Blue Lagoon, Sky Lagoon, FlyOver Iceland
It is time to head back to the airport for your return flight home. However, we are sure it won’t be long before you return to Iceland. You can always return in the summer, where the days never end!
